Refund & Return Policy

At Safelicenses, we understand that digital software purchases don’t always work out as expected. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process for software licenses.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date if you are not satisfied with your software. To be eligible for a return:

  • The license key must remain unused and inactive.

  • You must contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your request.

Our team will guide you through the return process step by step.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the original purchase.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we can arrange a check or wire transfer.

Please note: Any processing fees charged by your financial institution cannot be refunded.

Replacements

If you are experiencing technical issues with your software but wish to continue using it, we can provide a replacement license instead of a refund.

  • Replacement requests are usually processed within 2 business days of approval.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.
